These self-paced classes are available to all families.
- If you live in one of our grant-funded service areas — Summit, Franklin, Cuyahoga, or Butler Counties — or in Youngstown, Ohio, or if you are enrolled in Ohio Medicaid, you can access these videos at no cost through our registration form.
- For all other families, the videos are available for a one-time fee of $35, which provides unlimited access to all five sessions.
Our mission remains the same: to ensure every mother, regardless of income or background, has
access to culturally inclusive breastfeeding education and support.
Your Membership Includes
Breastfeeding Class – Part 1
Learn the foundations of breastfeeding, including how to achieve a proper latch, comfortable positioning, and the many health benefits for both mom and baby. This class also addresses common myths and questions new mothers often have when getting started.
Breastfeeding Class – Part 2
Dive deeper into your breastfeeding journey. This session covers how to use a breast pump, pace feeding techniques, preparing to return to work, and understanding your rights as a breastfeeding
parent.
Safe Sleep Environment & Breastfeeding
Discover how to create a safe sleep space for your baby while supporting successful breastfeeding. Learn evidence-based practices that help reduce risks and promote infant health
and safety.
Returning to Work & Breastfeeding
Milk Supply: Move Milk to Make Milk
Understand the science of milk production and what influences supply. Learn simple, effective
ways to increase or maintain your milk supply and recognize factors that may impact it.

Common Questions
Do I need to pay for access if I’m enrolled in Ohio Medicaid or live in one of your grantfunded areas?
No. If you’re enrolled in Ohio Medicaid or live in Summit, Franklin, Cuyahoga, or Butler Counties, or in Youngstown, Ohio, you qualify for free access to our video library. Please complete our Breastfeeding Class Registration Form to receive your access link.
Who pays the $35 one-time fee?
The $35 membership fee is for families outside our grant-funded service areas who would like to access our on-demand breastfeeding education videos.
Once I purchase, how long do I have access to the videos?
Once you purchase, you can revisit the videos anytime.
Are these videos included with in-person classes?
No. This library is designed as a self-paced, on-demand option for learning at your own convenience.
